gitlab 10.8.3 Settings webhook, Click "Test" the following prompt appears:

Hook execution failed: URL" http://192.168.20.202:8082/project/myproject" is blocked: Requests to localhost are not allowed

id_rsa.pub public key has been added to gitlab deploy keys

Id_rsa private key and gitlab API token

have also been added to

jenkins.

this error means that local transmission is not allowed, just do the following in gitlab.
