H5 page itself has nothing to do with JSAPI. You don't have to write two sets. You can read it in any environment. If you want to use some functions of Alipay, you need to achieve it with the help of JSAPI. But no longer in the environment of Alipay, it can be displayed normally, but the related functions of Alipay cannot be used.
