Mysql import database exception

Today, after I used the extracted version of mysql8.0.11, to configure the windows platform, I could normally execute commands such as creating tables in cmd, but when I imported the database from outside, I found something wrong. The import did not report an error, but the result of entering the database with the SHOW TABLES command after import is still Empty Set, and the corresponding data folder of the database is empty and has not been imported.

in addition, Test connection reported an "external component exception" error when I used workbench to connect to the local database. There is no problem connecting to the remote server.

indicates that there is something wrong with my local configuration, but I don"t know where it is. And it can be used normally.

I hope someone can answer it. Thank you.
