How can I set up a domain name on linode when I use a godaddy subscription domain name? And the corresponding documents?

I am in the godaddy domain name

linode is set

godaddy

just how can I set it up to start using it?
my original server already has a domain name
points to / var/www/b/

how do I configure this domain name to point to / var/www/c/?
how to configure it?

point your DNS to your server
if it is an apache server, configure it in apache.conf, and if it is nginx, configure it in nginx.conf
