I compiled the file with docker in jenkins (mounted to the project directory of jenkins, so the generated out folder is also in jenkins/workspace/project-name/), but the generated out folder belongs to root,jenkins and does not have permission to move this folder, what should I do?

you can only modify the running permissions of the docker container. Do not use the root identity to run the container. This can be done.
