IOS Enterprise Certificate Distribution APP

I have never used an enterprise certificate account to distribute APP,. I want to ask some questions that may look like a novice.
(1) when distributing APP, how to tell if the other person is an internal employee of the company, or there are no restrictions? Just build a website where you can install APP? So can you upload it to dandelion as a website to install APP?
(2) does the mobile end receive an update notification every time I update APP,?

I found the above screenshot in the Apple Developer Enterprise Program introduction on the official website of Apple. This test and support is limited to 100 devices. How do you understand it? doesn"t it mean that the enterprise certificate does not have a limit on the number of devices that can download APP?

Enterprise distribution does not require UUID, so there is no limit on the number of UUID,
cannot control or judge whether the other party is an internal employee of the company, but dandelion can set a download password; if it is forbidden to be used by people outside the company, you can log in with your account password when you open APP
"will the mobile end receive an update notification every time I update APP,?" Did not understand what you mean, the enterprise version of the packaged APP can not be put on the shelves, how can you receive updates like AppStore? But developers can make an update push notification in APP.
