How to use php to add the function libraries dll and lib of the card reader hardware on centos and call the functions in them for development?

question: recently, we need to use PHP to do a project about card reader + contactless card (M1 card). A high-frequency reader is provided to develop SDK package. The directory structure in the package is as follows:
