Multiple computers access the same website through a router, and the link often times out.

when the company"s internal network accesses our own background, the connection often times out. However, there is no problem with visiting other websites. As long as we do not use our company"s local area network, we can normally access the background. I don"t know why.
Company Environment:
about 20 of the more than 60 devices in the company are set to visit the background for a long time, and some modules in the background request the server by polling. There is only one wireless router.
is it because these requests are all sent to the same server causing network congestion?

should be a problem with the router.

do you have more than 60 devices accessing the background through a wireless router? If so, consider checking the router log to see what's wrong with the router. It is also possible that the middle switch has Loop, that needs to be excluded. Then you can grab the packet on the background server, the router, and the switch in the middle to see where the packet is lost.
