There are two periods in the directory that represent the current directory, resulting in the invisibility of all files in the directory

I have realized the function of mounting the ntfs partition on the hard disk by editing / etc/fstab file in the Mac OSX system. Before, it can be used normally, and I haven"t made any changes to the system configuration recently. However, starting from today, I found that the files in a folder in the ntfs partition have become invisible. Use the ls-la command to view the files in this folder, and find that the input is somewhat abnormal. As shown in the following figure:

clipboard.png

  1. shows that there are 60 files (total 60) in this directory, but does not print the file names of any visible files;
  2. as far as I know, normally, the output of the ls-la command should contain a "." And a "..", representing the current directory and the parent directory, respectively, but now there are two ".";

I guess this is the extra "." Caused by the exception, but do not know what method to fix, the most intuitive and easiest to think of is to delete the redundant ".", but how to delete it? I google and Baidu have used, also did not find out any useful information, but also asked which god to give a hint or solution, thank you in advance!
