Some applications under the web server cannot be accessed

has been running well until there has been a recent problem and cannot read the configuration file on the server.
there are several applications deployed on this site, two of which have exceptions.
one is http://202.194.139.32/PrimerS.. You can"t access http://202.194.139.32/PrimerS. using Google browser. That is, the file in the script file under the PrimerServer file.

the web service is built on top of docker and has not changed the system configuration recently.
