How to configure the reference root directory in webpack by sass-loader

scss, is used in the vue project and then there is a global scss file, but when referencing, you always have to use relative positioning to successfully refer to it. You can"t see why when you look at sass-loader documents. I"d like to ask ~ ~ how to be like vue. @ represents the src directory
