Fatal error: Call to undefined function sqlsrv_connect ()?

Fatal error: Call to undefined function sqlsrv_connect () in D:phpStudyPHPTutorialWWWhenangwcincludedb_mssql.inc on line 46
the company uses sqlserver"s database and reports the above errors when running the project locally. The phpstudy, installed in the php environment does not seem to support sqlserver, solutions.
