Every time you submit code with cygwin64 on win7, git and source tree on vscode show a lot of changes

problem description

former colleagues said that using win10"s subsystem to develop a project, switching win10 and subsystems will have a lot of file changes, which is suspected to be a coding problem.
I want to use source tree to submit the code, but I don"t want other colleagues to change the pull and push code every time. Is there any way to solve it?
