The webstorm format code shortcut key is not valid.

now I have these two problems with my webstorm. The webstorm has been reinstalled, but the problem remains.

question 1: the small browser preview icon in the upper right corner of the
.html file disappears. But the small browser preview icon in the upper right corner of the PHP file is still there.
this is my setting setting,

clipboard.png; but the shortcut keys are still valid for other files. It is not valid for html files alone!
