How does noVNC connect virtual machines under Xenserver?

noVNC cannot connect to the virtual machine under Xen?

what result do you expect? What is the error message actually seen?

error message is shown in figure
according to officials, the novnc connection to the back-end VNC server only wraps the OpenStack
XenServer virtual machine VNC console connection. How to further configure? Or how to customize it to support it?
