There is no NetworkManager, interfaces in Ubuntu 17 server version, there is no content in it, how did you get this network card with you?

as shown in the figure

the new Ubuntu17 server version is installed with a network cable plugged in. After the system is running, it automatically assigns an IP address of 192.168.214.155. There is no NetworkManager service in this default installation. I cat / etc/network/interfaces found that there is only a problem with lo,. Where did you recognize this enp4s0 network card? How is it brought up to work without any settings? How do I control it not to get the IP address assigned by DHCP?

in addition, I found that if the network cable is not plugged in during installation, there is no networking service by default after the system is installed, so the IP address cannot be assigned after the system is installed in this way. How to solve this?

PS: "plug in the network cable" here means that one end is connected to the Internet and the other end is plugged into the computer
