How do I modify the default template for excel?

I am using MS Office 2016 pro version, due to work reasons, I want to modify the default template of excel, that is, every time I right-click to create a new excel table, I open the default font as Microsoft Yahi 9, do not show gridlines, and add some custom table styles.

after searching around, I found that the solution is "File option": change it to Microsoft Yahn font when you create a new workbook. If you start the excel software and then create a new file, the font can be Microsoft Yahei. however, I can"t right-click to create a new excel file with Microsoft Yahi 9 font and remove the gridlines.

searched again and found that many successful cases were to modify the EXCEL12.XLSX file in SHELLNEW, but I followed the instructions to modify it without any effect. My SHELLNEW location is "C:Program Files (x86) Microsoft OfficerootVFSWindowsSHELLNEW"), where there is a "EXCEL12.XLSX" file and a "MSPUB.PUB" file. In addition, some say that the template location is "C:WindowsShellNew", but there is only one "Template.ahk" under this location on my computer.

I wonder if there is a better solution? Thank you.
