the offline package downloaded from the official website, version 3.3 found that bimwork.css and res folders are missing in the bimwork folder. It has been verified that this problem is caused by the lack of res folders. Guide.html,icon-information.svg, contains two files under bimwork/res that can run correctly, but it is not well understood, but it just solves the problem. PS, found that only 3.1 contains, and those above 3.1 are missing
