Questions about header, article and footer tags in html5

these tags present the structure of the code and make it easy to read; are there any other uses?
is it okay if you don"t use these tags when making a web page?

These new element tags of

HTML5 are originally designed for the structure (page layout) and semantics of HTML pages (to facilitate the search of search engines, so that assistive technologies such as screen readers can identify these elements, improve the user experience, and facilitate later site maintenance and technology upgrades). I am actually more concerned about the optimization of the code, such as the element tag dialog of HTML5, which makes it more convenient for us to do dialog effects and reduces the complexity of using and calling API.

you can do without these tags.

basically out of semantic usage, there is no problem
