On the cache processing of front-end js,css files

I have tried the documentation of webpack, but I don"t feel satisfied with my problem situation:
1. The resource js file is in a directory
2. The php/html files referencing the resource js files are distributed in the directory named by the module (the company uses the php laravel framework),
