Why does tgtd.service have executable permission

after installing scsi-target-utils , it is found that the permission of / usr/lib/systemed/system/tgtd.service is 755 . Theoretically, generally speaking, service files do not have executable permissions, and there are many warning : configuration file / usr/lib/systemed/system/tgtd.service is marked executable

in the system log.

do not understand why through yum or rpm install service file directly have executable permissions, ask for advice!

system environment: centos7
